On the 8th February 2016, Mathematician Francisco A. González Redondo and Lecturer of History of Science in the Universidad Complutense de Madrid visited 14-18 years-old students in the Spanish School Vicente Cañada Blanch.

Last 25th January 2016, the bioengineer Ana Mercedes Campos Marín of the University of Sheffield visited 14-18 years-old students in the Spanish School Vicente Cañada Blanch in London, as part of the second session of “Science in the Classroom”.

Last 14th December 2015, the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) and the Office for Cultural and Scientific Affairs of the Spanish Embassy in London, launched their programme “Science in the Classroom”, by which a scientist or an engineer per month will visit 14-18 years-old students in the Spanish School Vicente Cañada Blanch in London.

Last March 11th, the University of Copenhagen (ITU) hosted the meeting 'Meet the scientist', organized by the Society of Spanish Scientists in Denmark (CED-SFD).

FECYT has coordinated the elaboration of the “High level policy recommendations to foster researcher career development in Europe” with the contribution of experts.

On February 27th, the Society of Spanish Scientists in Denmark (CED_SFD) organized in Aarhus, with the support of the Embassy of Spain in Copenhage
