Studies of activities and needs in the area of Nanoscience/Nanotechnologies

During the last decade, we have witnessed the start of a scientific revolution based on the capacity to measure, manipulate and organise material on the scale of a nanometre. This means that we can work with objects of between 1 and 100 atomic diameters. This study describes the panorama of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology worldwide and in Spain, as well as its objective and content in the world of science.
